		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m actually pretty excited at the prospect of renting again. Renting is so inperminent, so flexible. Don&#039;t like it? Move. No worrying about the market, no worrying about selling the house or the neighbors or anything.

We have found a bunch of 3 bedroom houses for 1350 around here so I&#039;m quite pleased with our options.]]></description>

Sometimes, growing up means that things don&#039;t work exactly as you thought they would, but you can adapt. 

Also? I think that having disposable income in enviable. Enjoy it... that&#039;s what its there for! :)]]></description>
