Those are some great photos! I love the one with your guy sitting perched way high up on the rock wall...looks like the only thing holding him up is his right foot anchored just so.

As always, fabulous pictures ma dear. I love the one of Matt's silhoute (sp?). I still say that you could totally put together some photobooks and sell them through the site on Flicker. Sorry about being such a tourist and not posting before, I'll be better now. Love and duckies

So, did you get any souvenirs at the Crochet Museum?

The desert does have it's own unique beauty, doesn't it?

Ohhhhhh! I went there a couple years ago with my parents! My dad was stationed at Twenty nine palms when he was in the marines, so he spent a lot of time at Joshua Tree. He used to wedge himself just above eye level in those rocks, and jump down on his friends when they went looking for him :)

That looks like so much fun!!! I have always wanted to go to Joshua Tree. Since I live in the middle of a temperate rainforest I find the desert completely fascinating. Also my allergies (which have been going crazy and making me miserable all month) clear almost completely away in hot dry climates. I'm so jealous of all your sunshine!!!
